The challenge

Dariuz outdated custom software was a serious obstacle to growth. It was impossible to maintain, jeopardised operational continuity, and made the processes slow and inefficient. Responding quickly to changing customer and market demands was no longer possible, threatening their competitive position.

The solution

The solution wasn't to build yet another rigid, custom built solution, but to create a flexible, central foundation. We implemented the first version of our Compass platform as the intelligent middleware layer between a modern, external questionnaire system and a new, user friendly Compass portal.

Integration at the core: Instead of a single all in one platform, we've connected the best of breed tools. Our Compass Mediatr serves as the central hub that receives data from the questionnaire system, validates it, and securely forwards it to the portal and the underlying database.
Returning control to the business: Flexibility is at the heart of this architecture. By centralising the logic in our platform, we enabled Dariuz to quickly and easily develop and manage customised questionnaires themselves, without technical intervention or expensive consultants. A new question or a completely new questionnaire is now a matter of configuration, not coding.
A scalable foundation: This approach not only solved the immediate problem but also provided Dariuz with a future proof foundation. Connecting any future systems to this central platform is now significantly easier, faster, and less expensive.
