Dariuz experienced critical limitations with their outdated custom software, which was no longer maintainable. This situation posed risks to their operational continuity and prevented them from quickly responding to changing market and customer demands.
Strategy and approach
To address the challenges, we implemented the first version of Compass RM, an integrated platform that combines an external questionnaire system with a new Compass portal. This enabled Dariuz to develop and manage customized questionnaires flexibly and quickly. This change resulted in a streamlined process where case managers have control over custom questionnaires, resulting in more efficient data collection and analysis.
