Our solution consists of further developing specific Compass RM components that support Zimmer Biomet's technology and functional roadmap within the chosen IT infrastructure, in direct collaboration with business teams. With Compass RM we retain the flexibility that remains necessary in certain areas to automate and optimize our customer journey.
