The challenge

Dariuz's outdated custom software was a serious brake on growth. It was impossible to maintain, jeopardized operational continuity, and led to inefficient processes. Responding quickly to changing customer and market demands was no longer possible, which threatened their competitive position.

The solution

The solution did not lie in building yet another piece of rigid custom work, but in creating a flexible, central foundation. We implemented the first version of our Compass platform as the intelligent middleware layer between a modern, external questionnaire system and a new, user-friendly Compass portal.

Integration at the core: Instead of a single monolith, we have connected the 'best-of-breed' tools. Our Compass Mediatr acts as the central heart that receives the data from the questionnaire system, validates it, and securely forwards it to the portal and the underlying database.
Giving control back to the business: The core of this architecture is flexibility. By centralizing the logic in our platform, we enabled Dariuz to quickly and easily develop and manage custom questionnaires itself, without technical intervention or expensive consultants. A new question or a completely new questionnaire is now a matter of configuration, not coding.
A scalable foundation: This approach not only solved the acute problem but also provided Dariuz with a future-proof foundation. Connecting any future systems to this central platform is now significantly simpler, faster, and cheaper.
